Why workshops

More than just information

There's no shortage of self-help books, podcasts and advice online.

Sometimes, though, it's helpful to have the space to pause, reflect and explore things more deeply.

My workshops combine psychology, practical tools and guided reflection in a relaxed, supportive environment. You'll leave with a better understanding of yourself, new perspectives to consider, and ideas you can start using in everyday life.

Workshop topics

Self-Esteem, Confidence & Self-Criticism

Many people I work with struggle with feeling not good enough, being overly hard on themselves, or constantly comparing themselves to others. Together we'll build a more balanced and compassionate relationship with yourself.

Managing Anxiety and Worry

Understand the anxiety cycle, spot unhelpful patterns, and learn practical strategies to manage worry and physical symptoms.

Building Confidence and Self-Esteem

Explore the beliefs and patterns that shape self-esteem, and find ways to build a kinder, more balanced view of yourself.

Perfectionism and Self-Criticism

Understand how perfectionism takes hold, why it becomes exhausting, and how to treat yourself with a bit more compassion.

Grief, Loss & Life Transitions

Reflect on change, uncertainty and identity during periods of transition, and explore ways to move forward with confidence.

Developing Self-Compassion

Learn how self-compassion supports emotional resilience, eases self-criticism, and helps you meet hard moments with more kindness.

What to expect

Workshops are interactive, welcoming and designed for everyday people, not psychology experts.

You won't be expected to share anything you don't want to. Some people enjoy contributing to discussions, while others prefer to listen and reflect. Both are completely okay.

Each workshop includes:

  • Practical psychological insights
  • Reflection exercises and activities
  • Tools and strategies you can use in everyday life
  • Opportunities for discussion and shared learning
  • Takeaway resources to continue your learning afterwards

Who workshops are for

These workshops are for anyone who is curious about emotional wellbeing, interested in personal growth, or looking for practical ways to navigate life's challenges.

They are educational and reflective in nature and are not intended as a substitute for individual therapy.
