Therapy that meets you where you are
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck, navigating a loss, or simply finding life overwhelming, therapy can help you understand what's happening, find a way through, and start feeling more like yourself again.

You don't need to have
everything figured out to start
Life is messy at times - because being human can be. We all experience periods of uncertainty, loss, change, self-doubt or anxiety. None of it means something's wrong with you — it just means you're human. My job is to work alongside you, to help you understand yourself better, navigate life's challenges, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
A wee bit about meThree kinds of support

Warm, collaborative and practical
I'm a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. CBT is an evidence-based approach that explores the connection between our thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviours.
CBT is the foundation of my practice, but I'm not a one-size-fits-all kind of therapist. I'll shape how we work around what you actually need. You're the expert on your own life; my job is to work alongside you.
You don't need to be in crisis to benefit
People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. Here are some of the things I can help you with.
Anxiety, Stress & Overthinking
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts or unable to switch off? Therapy can help you break out of unhelpful cycles, manage anxiety more effectively, and feel calmer and more in control.
Self-Esteem, Confidence & Self-Criticism
Many people I work with struggle with feeling not good enough, being overly hard on themselves, or constantly comparing themselves to others. Together we'll build a more balanced and compassionate relationship with yourself.
Relationships, Boundaries & People-Pleasing
If you find yourself putting others first, struggling to say no, or repeating unhelpful relationship patterns, therapy can help you understand why and develop healthier ways of relating.
Grief, Loss & Life Transitions
Loss comes in many forms — bereavement, relationship endings, career changes, retirement or children leaving home. Therapy can provide a space to process what's changed and adjust to what's next.
It starts with a conversation
Reaching out for support can feel daunting, and I want you to know there's no pressure and no judgement here. Whatever has brought you to this page, you're welcome exactly as you are.
When you're ready, I'd love to hear from you — even if it's just to ask a question or see whether we might be a good fit.
