The space

A confidential space, built around you

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes.

You might be struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, navigating a loss, or simply carrying more than feels manageable on your own.

You don't need to arrive with a clear explanation or a specific problem to work on. Sometimes people come to therapy knowing exactly what's wrong. Sometimes they just know that something doesn't feel quite right.

Whatever brings you here, therapy offers a space to slow down, talk openly, and explore what's going on without judgement.

What we might work on

  • Understanding anxiety, worry and overthinking
  • Managing stress, burnout and emotional overwhelm
  • Building confidence and self-esteem
  • Exploring relationship difficulties and boundaries
  • Navigating grief, loss or major life changes
  • Reducing self-criticism and perfectionism
  • Developing self-compassion and emotional resilience

How sessions work

Therapy is collaborative and tailored to you. We'll begin by exploring what's brought you here, what you'd like to be different, and what feels most important to focus on.

As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I use CBT to help us understand how thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and behaviours interact and sometimes keep us stuck. CBT offers practical tools and strategies, but I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

I'll adapt how we work to suit your needs, personality and goals.

There's no expectation to have everything figured out before you start. My role isn't to tell you what to do — it's to work alongside you, helping you gain insight, develop new perspectives and make changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
